  • The festival will take place on Saturday, July 27th from 2 pm - 8 pm.

  • The Wilsonville Brewfest is always looking for volunteers. In addition to having a great time, you’ll receive a festival tasting glass, 10 tickets for beers, and an invitation to an exclusive after-party at Vanguard Brewing.

    We need volunteers for 3 different positions, 3 different 3-hour shifts. Beer servers and alcohol monitors need to be 21 years of age, however, Entrance/Exit workers do not.

    We will also have a need for a setup and tear-down crew, which requires some muscle and the ability to lift/carry things across the plaza. Learn more and sign up here.

  • 2023 Wilsonville Brewfest is open to all ages and individuals aged 20 and under get in free. Tickets may be purchased in advance online for $25 at Ticket Tomato, or for $30 on-site the day of from the ticket booth located just inside the entrance. Brewfest ticketsinclude a 2023 souvenir glass and 6 tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets can be purchased for $1 apiece.

    Military Veterans ticketsfor $22. You must present your Military ID at entry. Note: Veteran tickets can be purchased online AFTER adding a GA ticket to your cart.

    The festival does not fill any previous year’s glasses. Glass/ticket sales are open from 12 pm to 7 pm. Glasses and tickets are non-refundable.

  • You must be 21 or over on the day of the festival to drink any alcoholic beverages (beer, cider, wine, mixed cocktails). Please be prepared to show proper identification of proof of age in order to purchase tasting tickets. Valid ID includes a valid state driver’s license with a photo; a valid ID card issued by a state with photo, name, date of birth, and physical description; a valid passport; or a valid United States military identification card. We are unable to accept any foreign driver’s licenses (with the exception of Canada). Note that the identification cannot be expired at the time of the festival.

  • Beer and cider are purchased with tickets, which cost $1 apiece. Patrons pay five tickets for a 12 oz pour or two tickets for a 4 oz taster.

  • The Villebois Piazza is located in the heart of Villebois. Parking is limited; please consider, alternate methods of transportation. SMART Transit is providing on-the-hour bus service to the festival from Town Center Park 12 - 8 pm.

  • Brewfest tickets can be purchased in advance through Ticket Tomato. Buying in advance saves you both money and time!

  • Minors are allowed during all hours of the Wilsonville Brewfest while accompanied by a parent. Parents of minors accept full responsibility for the minor(s) while onsite.

  • No animals are permitted with the exception of service dogs.

  • Absolutely! There is limited seating, so folding or camp chairs are encouraged.

  • No. The 2023 souvenir-tasting glass is the only vessel that will be filled; glasses from past years will not be filled. Tickets from previous years are not valid.

  • We stop selling tickets and glasses at 7:00 pm.

  • Last call will be at 7:30 pm. That means no alcohol is poured after that time. You can hang out for a little while after that, but security will do a sweep at 8:00 pm.

  • Yes! There will be several food carts at the festival offering a variety of food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. These vendors do NOT accept tickets.

  • No. There will be several food and drink options inside the festival.

  • Yes! There will be three food carts, many of whom will be offering non-alcoholic beverages. We also have a sponsored root beer tent and a sponsored water tent for designated drivers and children.

  • Yes! There will be offerings from four different cideries along with canned cocktails from 503 Distilling and wine from Tumwater Vineyard.

  • Tasting beer and cider is the focus of the Wilsonville Brewfest, but there are other activities as well. There will be live music throughout the day and a Cornhole tournament.

  • Sorry, no smoking at the Wilsonville Brewfest.

  • While the focus of this festival is tasting great beer and cider from local makers, we will be offering wine from Tumwater Vineyards and canned cocktails from 503 Distilling.

  • No outside containers/bottles allowed. We will have a water bottle sponsor tent for your water drinking needs. Additionally, we will have keg stations set up where you can rinse your festival glass. Most of the food vendors also sell bottled water.

  • Yes. There will be an ADA-accessible entrance around the perimeter of the festival area including access to an ADA-accessible restroom, water, and food trucks.
